“Gentlemen – I must tell you how impressed I am with your company and the people you hire. On Monday Aug. 11th, Eric and another young man came to service my house. When they were ready to leave, a stranger came by saying something to them about what they were doing. Eric seemed to think the man seemed strange and called Josh who then called me to see if I was ok. I could not believe that he was calling to check that I was ok. You just don’t hear of such caring companies anymore. I still am not sure if this man was really a detective like he said he was; he told me he was looking for a laptop computer that was stolen and supposedly was thrown in my yard, which he never found. I did call the sheriff and they did come out, but couldn’t say if it really was a detective or not. Everything turned out ok, but I definitely could have been different and because of Eric, the young man that was with him, and Josh, my life could have been saved. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with Rodent Proof. Thanks so much.”

You gentlemen who initially came out and did a very thorough professional inspection, consultation and estimate. Monica and Niki who were always kind, pleasant and very helpful when I called. And then there is Eric. Words can’t express how lucky my family was to have Eric scheduled to Rodent Proof our home. He arrived around 9:30am the day the work was to be completed. He worked diligently and tirelessly the entire day completing the detailed scope of work around 7:00pm. I was awed and amazed at his consistent level of professionalism. Rodent Proof is lucky to have him. My family and I feel confident our home is better secured against roof rats. Only time will tell. “Dear Mr. Keith – It pleases me greatly to be able to write a letter of appreciation. We had called for service and had been advised by Eric that we had a ‘ground squirrel.’ In October, Mark set the traps and we all hoped to catch the little critter(s). About three weeks passed and Mark came to check the traps for the last time — and still nothing. The following day a crew came in to fix under our porch so that we would not have the problem again. Unfortunately we did have to call Monica because my husband felt the job was not completed. And then a gentleman named ‘Nathaniel’ appeared and told my husband he would be able to complete the job. Well yes indeed, Nathaniel certainly did a thorough job, we were very happy on the completion of a job well done! Hats off to Nathaniel!”
